From Must Be Endless:

Homura Yuuya still canít forget about an encounter he had over ten years ago. During the spring of his third year of middle school, in the rural countryside of Hokkaido, an art teacher by the name of Kiriaki Jun transferred to his school. With his flashy clothes and his frank personality, Kiriakiís strangeness immediately caught Homuraís attention. After spending their days after school together in the art room, Homura begins to fall in love with Kiriaki. And one day, Homura asks Kiriaki if he will model for his painting. His desire, born from love, to spend more time together, brings about a tragedy that neither of them can imagineÖ A collection of works from Matsuo Marta, who writes many diverse love stories.

The first story is good

The first story with the art teacher is very sweet. The development and interaction between the characters felt natural. The second story (with the cafe owner) is alright and the third (mage and werewolf) has a completely different feel. As far as the sexual content, it doesn't get super explicit but the author is still able to cultivate an intense and erotic feeling. But in the 2nd and 3rd stories the sexual content is rather brief or nonexistent. I still give this overall a 9/10 since the first story is really good, but I'm dropping a point since the other two are a bit lackluster.

This is the first time I've read something from this mangaka (even though Usotsuki wa Shinshi no Hajimari is way more popular than this one). I think she's gonna become one of my favorites, and I'll go check immediately her other works.
More specifically about this manga, I've only read the first story since it's the only one that's been scanlated so far. So my comment and rating are only for this story.
It has a very realistic feel to it, the way their feelings develop, how they reacted to them, the way it affected their lives, how a lot of things were left unsaid. I really appreciated that they were acting like normal adults would, even for Homura when he was still a high-scooler. In the end it's quite a simple story with just a little push of luck, but it has this endearding feeling of a human story. Somehow it felt as if the story and the characters were treated delicately by the author, as if not wanting to intrude on them too much.
The art was also very enjoyable. Clean, a bit unusual, but very refreshing from the mainstream we're flooded by everyday.
I truly recommend it for those who like stories with a realistic feel, or for the lovers of atypical art, or those who want to try something a bit different.
