From Turtle Paradise:

16-year-old Kizuna stalks the city at night, flirting with middle-aged salary men and coercing them out of their money. The thrill should be enough to satiate her, but Kizuna remains unsatisfied with her everyday life… That is, until the beautiful Inoue Yuki, also living in “Birdcage Manor” approaches Kizuna with a job proposition- to model in the nude for Yuki’s cousin, a painter and fellow resident Yusei Asai!

Ah well, it's that kind of manga you read when u see that the next chapter is out and u feel like "yeah, well, only around 30 pages, so i'll read it" but u'd never read it all in 1 go, and u'd be skipping lots of pages...
10 for art... but I guess this genre just isn't my thing smile

Just one of those clichéd shoujos with a heroine that is supposedly strong, yet has a weakness for HIM. Not bad, but if you're looking for something special, you've come to the wrong place. But hey, if you're willing, give it a try. Besides, the art is pretty good smile

There are so many great things about this manga, but I especially love the characters. Especially the main character; she's just so hilarious. And not in a stupid-shoujo-lead way, but in a... this girl is so realistic and sarcastic that I want to be her best friend. But yeah. It's great.

Edit: So, the ending chapters are kind of a let down, but Kizuna's still an awesome heroine. If nothing else, this story gets 8/10 from me because of her (and Yuki, why not more Yuki?).

It's enjoyable & reccomanded for the shoujo fans out there. The art, is also good. The plot is detailed. And the lead female isn't all pushy and cowardly. I really enjoyed it and can't wait for the next chapter!

This really is a great manga! Gorgeous art and plot! I love the plot. I love how I am pretty certain about how it is going to end, but, at the same time, I HAVE NO IDEA. The writer has an idea in their head and I cannot follow. It's nice sometimes to be taken for a drive and have no clue what road the driver's taking. It's all about the journey!

I was so happy that I stopped to read this one. It's storyline is unique but not farfetched, deep enough to actually stretch across a few volumes. The art is beautifully drawn and it's funny too. It's only been 10 chapters, but I highly recommend this manga! I guarantee that it's not like other shoujo out there.

It's a fun story, and the art is really nice, but god art doesn't mean a good story, and in this case it wouldn't even matter since it's a different author and artist, but anyway,it is a good story, the only thing that bugs me is
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
that there seems to be love triangle forming and I'm not too fond of them especially since the girl is going to have to fight with the ghost of the guy's dead girlfriend, and I don't mean that the actual ghost makes an appearance, but the guy has said that Kizuna (the girl) is not half the woman his dead ex was and when he feels like he's letting go of her memory,he goes to the place where she committed suicide to relive the pain all over again. I feel that's a waste, because what self-respecting 16 year old girl is going to want to waste her time fighting with another's ghost when there is someone else who's interested and free from past ghosts? I mean it could turn around and she could fall for the other,or remain uncaring for either, but that's likely not happening , it is a shojo after all....)

So that is my only complain, since Kisuna for the most part is an interesting heroine for a shojo

Good story but artists, no matter how genius, seriously do not live the way Yusei does.

Anyway, I like how this can go potentially borderline ecchi smut, but doesn't. The art has a nice sentimental quality about it that suits this kind of story.

It's getting pretty interesting. Can't wait to see where the romance develops, but I'm also hoping this will end soon and not drag on for too long.

I think the thing that drive this manga is subtext. Whether it's the mysterious air in the background to the budding relationships between the characters. There's just enough to draw you in and keep wanting more. It's somehow manages to be serious without being too heavy. The art is beautiful and the characters - while honestly are nothing special and probably even fit a few clichés - they are well developed to a point where any clichéd ... ness ... isn't noticeable. It puts a fresh spin on the tortured artist or the lonely young girl tropes.
