Yeah, I've got three...twin boys who are 14, and my foster son, who's 2.5.

Having twins kind of tossed all my expectations out the window from the beginning, actually. I usually just say, "It's an adventure~!" 🤣

Obviously I enjoy parenting, since I'm voluntarily taking care of someone else's kid, though I'm really hoping to adopt him so he'll be officially mine forever.

My advice - don't have kids unless you REALLY want them, and are willing to sacrifice a LOT of things, on a LOT of different levels, for the well-being of your child(ren).

I have two girls, 1 1/2 and 4 years old.

Tonari no Totoro is a favourite of theirs (there was a point when they asked to watch it every day!) and we took them to go see their first movie in a movie theater: Gake no Ue no Ponyo when it had its US release back in August. They really seem to have a preference for anime or shows/movies where the animation is anime influenced. It's hard to find ones that are child acceptable but won't drive us insane having to watch them over and over. So if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them. ^__^

Nope, I'm a high school student so studies first then kids 🤣 And after being in a health school for almost 3 years, I really don't want to have kids anytime soon 🤢

🤣 It's not happening fast enough for me at the moment. (The third trimester is fairly annoying.)

Though, I have a nephew that stays over three days out of the week (that's more than the sole custody parent has him).

I have a 1 year old boy. I read the pregnancy books and the what to expect the first year. I don't know if the first years stuff helped or not. But, I do think I probably have a kid like Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes. O_O
