You know how usually the uke's the ditzy one? I want an air-headed, ditzy, stupid/silly/naive/clumsy/dumb-as-a-doorknob seme! NOT just a 'genki' or 'cheerful' seme, but one that is a genuine DITZ. 😀

I'm currently reading Kitakami Ren's Honenuki ni Saretai and it seems to fit your request--the seme is pitiful and clumsy and needy and can't seem to live without his lover.

Also, it's not scanlated but if you buy manga raw I also recommend Sunae Hata's Koutetsu no Baby Leaf. The first (main) story has a seme who's a total over-excited doofus. Perhaps not clumsy but quite dorky.
