what path this world is going on?

ok maybe i've put too many choices but basically i'm not sure what to chose:
the decadence in the past decade would suggest that we are living in the "year xxxx of our Ford/Bill"
but the post 9/11 events and the wikileaks show that our world isn't that much different from the geopolitical divisions from 1984 , so witch is it then?
Well i think that somehow our world combine the worst (or best?) from the two, that's why i've put the Land of Confusion choice (if you happen to have seen the two vidclips by Genesis/Disturbed)
or maybe you believe that we live in the most perfect and best possible world "All's well that ends Well"? 🤢

Depends where you're situated.
In some parts, it's still Apocalypto, sadly.

very much up to where you live i guess
starving to death in some african 3d world country is not that fun im sure
living under chinese dictatorship [and being aware what a horrible country it really is] is not that fun eighter[pretty much same with India...and thats a HUGE part of the human population]
being born in west pretty much means the worst trouble we can have is if we start doing drugs early and that in turn leads to crime and homlessness

a world where the women stop the age with 12 and all men are pedophilerollingwitheyes
i think the world will just continue like it´s now for the next years. The science will develop step by step. There will be new medicine epedimics and other illnesses, therefore new illnesses appear. Some terror attacks, "small" wars, the usual chaos. Some resorces will run short. No utopia or dystopia

that's a valid point (never mind the obvious Film reference) "Never assume malice when stupidity will suffice" 🤣

I'm thinkin' Brave New World.
Extinction in three ways:
- declining birth rates in western countries
- increasing infant deaths in 3rd world countries
- birth limits in china - it will spread

You are on the way to destruction.
You have no chance to survive make your time.
I suspect it will be the same as it's always been.

But I heard from all my friends that they visited India, and they thought India needs desperate corruption solution. Like my friend was speeding and the police stopped him in india so he apparently coughpaidcough some money and the police let him off. And there's the other case a few month back about a doctor, backed by various high government officials to embezzle donations and money. And India still has that issue with religion.......that's a topic I will not touch, even with a ten foot stick lol
However I do agree with regard to human rights, India is much more democratic.
But with regard to TaoiPaiPai's comment. Most Chinese actually know the human rights issue their government have. I mean it's pretty obvious. BUT they are proud that their country came out of isolation and extremist communism and embraced a more capitalistic and democratic reformed system. Indeed India and China are rising super powers and as their economy get better, so do the living conditions.
I know from personal experience that modern Chinese always talk shit about the government and the government doesn't care. You can criticize, as long as you don't provoke a riot and do hate speech or try to overthrow their government. That's a pretty common law in every country.
I know hollywood and the media gave people the impression that China is like modern day North Korea and India is like still 1700 caste system, but that's not true, no. Both country are modernized.
I mean seriously the US is not that better with regard to progress. The bible belt people are a real headache, so are the tea baggers. The school text book, particularly in texas, teaches creationism instead of evolution and their biology textbook was written by creationist so every sentence is modified to fit the Christian God in there somewhere... And don't forget you can't really be a president unless you are a Christian. That itself, is a form a human rights violation.
As far as I can see, third world countries like Indian and China are progressing much faster to utopia than the US. I'm not saying they are surpassing the US, I'm just saying their rate of progression is on a faster track. This is why I always emphasis on tolerance of other religion, culture, orientation, people, race. Because these are the keys to social progression and I'm a afraid the bible thumper have temporarily taken control of our system to allow a faster progress.

I don't know
It's pointless to try and predict because humans are variable and unpredictable. There is always room for an unpredicted spontaneous change
No one gives a shit what trite garbage you write here.

i don't deny that India is better than many countries in the 3rd world but that doen't mean much, it only mean that it's the best in the worsts
well india had demonstrated that it's capitalistic policies are more greedier than those of the west
the Narmada Dam is just the tip of iceberg
take for example the villages that where destroyed and their inhabitant displaced without any compensation, and that's why the maoist ranks are inflating
it's typical of any other 3rd world governments to cause the creation of terrorist organizations by "collateral damage"
india is a fast learner (tyranny doesn't last long cought Pakistan cought but making everybody artificially happy and indifferent is working wonders) but India has a long way to go before reaching the status of a "brave New World"-type "CiFilization" 😛
