I'm looking for a manga/manhwa/manhua that has made you realize something about whatever topic the manga/manhwa/manhua is focusing on. Something like "Wow! I've never thought about it that way before." Something that maybe changed the way you view things or had an impact on your life. Something that leaves you pondering...

Well, there was a bit in Vinland saga that sort of made me see 'love' and 'nature' in a different way.

Also Witches was pretty eye opening in a psychological point of view....I'll also feel guilty every time I eat a fast food burger now lol.

well it didn't for me but I suppose tower of god could teach something about situation-based actions and shades of grey

Glass Mask the second half had quite a few nice insights
Akumetsu made me think, i really recommend this one!
Usually its anime for me though(: Maybe because i mostly read romance manga, which is usually, well you know, not very deep;D not that there are none of those out there:>

Second Vinland Saga, Holyland is one to.

the author made a good effort picturing what the lgbt thought of themself and the other normal people, without in any means justify to what they did or didn't.
even the MC is a normal, homophobic.

ASANO Inio depicts the social reality of today's youths in such an unsparingly clear, yet sensitive way that any of his stories will make you ponder about society, life and their true meaning, e.g. Umibe no Onnanoko or Oyasumi Punpun, and also Solanin to a lesser degree.

Sometimes being soothing, at others disturbing, some of KIZUKI Akira's works made me sway and question the rightness of my ethics: Mon Seul, Ichigo no Gakkou, Usotsuki Paradox..., just to name a few.

Kurokami no Helga by SAKU Yukizo left an ineffable aftertaste of - truth.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - "Kono Watashi no Mono Tonare, Yuusha yo" "Kotowaru!"

Perobably the most intellectual manga I'v read....Hero vs Demon Queen, except the Demon Queen isn't evil, just trying to save the Demons & Humans. Read the description.

It's A LOT of thinking, but makes you wonder about things. Mostly about society as a whole. It covers issues such as war, economy, and agriculture. Worth the read if you like that kind of stuff.

Yup I watched the anime, it was great, I liked the relationship between Lawrence and Holo

I second Zankoku na Kami ga Shihaisuru.

Stalker - portrays stalking in a more positive light.

The Yellow Chair - simplistic, but sweet.

Claymore - has a lot of this.

And if you're familiar with the characters in Hetalia (or have even just done a quick wiki read on them), I also recommend HetaOni. It has a lot of wonderful moments like this.
