What's Your Native Language?

The poll this week made me realize that a lot of people here aren't native English speakers. I was pretty surprised by that, mostly because I'm a native English speaker and this website is in English, so I foolishly thought that most people were like me.
Anyway, what's your native language(s) and if English isn't your native language, when did you start learning it?

My native language is Urdu.
I've been learning English since I was 2 or 3 I guess, but seeing as I now even think and sometimes dream in English I guess English is more than a second language for me.

Also English, also North America.

Started to learn English in elementary school, and I'm still stupid. Hahaha
Never take the English class seriously, never take any English course like other kids. 🤣

Brazilian Portuguese. I started to "study" English when I was 15 (now I'm 18), "study" because I would actually read a manga in English and translate every dialogue in it, so I started to learn what means what and now I can communicate a lot better?!!

Filipino. (Some might argue that it should be Tagalog, but don't mind me ._.)
I started learning English when I was about 2.
Though nowadays, most of us speak in 'Taglish' which a mix of our dialect and English. Sad but true.

I guess by the fact that the first language I learned was Spanish I can say that's my native language, but being born and bred in the US, and learning English sine I was 4-5 when I started school it's hard for me to determine what's my "native" language. I do most everything in English though.

My native language is Spanish. I had to learn English when I moved to the US. I still fluently speak Spanish, and I'm still trying to speak English fluently, but it's kind of hard since I'm not in the US anymore, so I don't practice much. =___=;

German. You could say I started learning English by watching english subbed animes when I was around 7. Though I didn't understand a word back then, so I had my sister translate for me 🤣
