So Trace 2.0 is available for free on the tapastic website (they have the english license for it) so can the new chapters that have been released be added to the latest release portion of the Trace 2.0 page since they act like Crunchyroll or is there a reason not to?

Yes, you are allowed to, but you must follow all other policies meaning that you need to add it as a group and give old release dates for all their past chapteres

Would than the same apply to MANGA pixiv? I mean the one that has English translation (I know of this atm only).

OK, but it is still the Twisted Hel Scan people that are doing it so would it be under a new group or just under them?
