The girl is somehow very powerful. She has to travel together with a guy who seems to be the villain wanting to rule the world using her power (at first) and everyone keeps trying to kill them. She doesn't know much about what's going on and can't control her power (eventually she learns). Everything is very mysterious.

It reminds me of both Brave 10 (anime) and Harukanaru, but obviously is a different title.
