It was this great manga, it had just started off with a promising start, as it didn't get updated I lost track of anything about it including the title! But I really wish to read it again.

Manga description, plot (spoilers):
So, it is about a boy with magician skill who is imprisoned in a cell by his mother, the immortal Queen.
Then we witness a time-skip where he is already an old man when he escapes his cell. He also rescues a woman (war leader) who has had her arms and legs cut off as a punishment.

Then they find an engineer who then builds prosthetics for the woman, thus she acquires inhuman capabilities which we later witness in following chapters.
The last thing I read was the old man (had a nick name) seeing a butterfly in his dream (vision) where it tells him about time and magic.
