hi! my friend and i are looking for the name of an anime we watched a long time ago.

there was a girl with black hair- she had it up in a kind of side pony-tail w/ red ball hairties- and red glasses.

at one point there was a scene where a girl was talking about her period? and something about tilting her pad to the right. i dunno

it was an older series iirc, and the opening had the girls dancing in front of different things, and i think the opening was a bit rotorscoped. does this ring any bells? it's killing me, lol

EDIT: found it, it was high school girls, lol. not quite on the mark w/ the girl's description though lmao
