So student throws her phone into the ocean and teacher is a host.

I'm looking for a romance manga that involves a student and teacher. I remember that in the beginning the girl moved to a new school and her boyfriend broke up with her over the phone, she threw her phone into the ocean or some body of water outside the school, I think the teacher goes out to get her. The girl goes out with her friends to play pool but she leaves early. That night she finds out her teacher is a host, she sees him walking with a woman and I think they're discussing payment. I didn't get very far and that's all I really remember sorry. I'm pretty sure it was either shoujo or josei but I could be wrong.

I also know that it's been completely scanned.
