So, if you do, why do you bump older threads?

I think that there are quite a few interesting topics that have been pushed aside for newer ones. I like to bring them back to the surface so as to learn what others have to say, as well as give my own opinion.

I also have no problem with raising my post count, but that's just icing. 🤣

I mostly bump threads to leave my opinion or add information...

And I don't have too much ambition to raise post count... but considering the environment here... I'm beginning to doubt my self control... XD

Yes, I do.

I only bump old threads when I'm searching to see if I'm making a replicate thread, and to my surprise I find some interesting topics, which I bump to input my opinion.

Just now I was going through the last pages of this section and found some interesting threads. I was able to enhance my mathematical knowledge, thanks to a thread. 😀 I even found a thread (locked) about older members' view on spamming, kinda changed my view on it now. D:

But there are some who don't like it when others bump older threads, simply because they already posted in it. They tend to forget that this site brings in new members everyday...>.>

If the topic does not show up
in the new replies list, I might never
see that topic.

I do from time to time, when I think it's a good thread and didn't post on it or think it's interesting enough to bring it back.

This is pretty much what I do.

Although when i'm bored, I might flick through a couple of pages and see an interesting thread that I haven't expressed my view in. I don't do it often though. I usually post in the threads that come up in the new replies.

It's a combination of 1 and 2 for me 🤣
I only bump old threads if it really interests me though.
