I'll read anything, those are just the ones I'd rather not read too often.

I usually avoid these:

harem/reverse harem
lolicon (hentai or non-hentai)
ecchi
school life
martial arts
comedy (unless it's a one-shot)
most shoujo romances

I am easy-going with any other genre and can find something I like from each of them.

I can read non-romance shoujo or manga where romance is not the main point, or school life and comedy are not the main point, depending on the story.

won't read:
harem (with all variations)
shounen-ai, yaoi, yuri, shoujo-ai etc.
hentai (but I don't really consider hentai a manga...)
lolicon, shotacon
shoujo

will avoid to read it, but maybe give it a try:
romance
school life
ecchi

I don't like harem, shounen-ai and sports and still have no exposure to josei. I'm fine with most other things, but for some I'm very, very selective.
