Dramatic is good.

Well, hot and steamy is good for hentai, but that's not really romantic.
Cute is good, but it has to be the right kind of cute, not sugary.
Dark and forbidden is not really my thing becase, like cuteness, it's often the wrong kind of dark with characters who are just trying too hard.

I don't read much romance though. I'd like to, but most of it doesn't appeal to me. 🙁

Funny, Odd and Quirky for me.

I don't read much romance. I think I prefer like...unpredictable but not blatant or cheesy. For example, why does romance always have to happen between main characters? Why can't it be between main and side characters?

I agree that cute or dark and forbidden are mostly the wrong kinds in manga. So I usually don't like them.

I chose "I dislike romance" then.

I voted for "Warm, cute, and fuzzy". I also like Platonic and dramatic. When I want to read romantic manga, I prefer shoujo. Josei is great too and sometimes seinen, but most shounen romance I dislike.

Far-off places with sweet sounding names.

I don't really have much of a preference for what the romance is like as long as it's yuri. I've read and liked all the choices before. I guess funny, odd and quirky is what I'd go for if I had to choose though.
