Anyone know (or better yet, have pictures) of these 2 anime/manga
1) The plot is about an oldfashioned ninja school rivaling a hightech school. At the ninja school there is this talented, but fat and short ninja who loves to eat. His girlfriend is the most beautiful of course. That ninja has two major attacks, one is where he moves his feet so fast that it creates a tornado, the other is a sound attack which he learnt because he was suffering from hunger on a diet training (basicly it's his stomach growling.
2) A ninja in blue that got to a school looking for his brother(?). He loves fried noodles more than anything and upsets some girl all the time.

The characters resemble those from Naruto. But it's definitely not that.
I think that it's Iga no Kabamaru
