I can't remember the manga-ka at all, but I'm fairly certain it's a Korean author.

It's a collection of short one chapter stories in a one shot volume.

I want to say that the art style is like 12 Days by June Kim, but that might be my memory playing tricks on me.

What I believe is the title story (or at least the story that stuck in my mind the most) is about a girl who is a bit rough around the edges who is now alone in the world because her lover died. Around the world, there is a strange yet unquestioned phenomenon - missing people presumed dead return to their love ones. They are exactly the same in every way, physically, emotionally and mentally except for the whites of their eyes have turned blue.
The girl can't explain it but she finds the returnees a little creepy. One day, her lover appears with the blue eyes.
The twist is
Spoiler (highlight to view)
that it isn't her lover but rather an alien that is part of a global invasion. She is able to tell it is not her lover because of a memory of the New Year's bells and the little personality quirks such as his unusual understanding/kindness are missing. There is a cute joke about how the aliens are from Mars. She surrenders to the fact that she is a weak person that doesn't want to be or can't be alone knowing there is an alternative. She accepts the alien with the full knowledge that it is no longer her lover so she doesn't have to be alone any more. The girl accepts the end of the world because the world is now filled with people like her since everyone strong and good - like her lover - are gone and so there is no one left to fight or fight for.

Another story is about an android and a human. I believe it's the last story of the book.
