I searched but didn't find this one, so if I'm mistaken, I apologize.

I had thought of this before, but after almost missing an important member's birthday yesterday, I finally decided it might be a good idea to suggest this.

I know quite a few people who would use it, especially for birthdays, since we try to keep on top of things like that. Also, those that might be too embarrassed to mention it, wouldn't have to be so, in order to have someone wish them well on their special day.

It would also be beneficial for posting when conventions and other such events are, in addition to the threads in the User Announcements section, which may get push aside and forgotten when new members create introductions.

I hope a community calendar will be considered. Thank you for taking the time to read this. 🙂

ya, defenetly a good idea. We might end up with a birthday every day, but still theirs a bunch of useful info that could be put up there for people to access.
