Hey, everybody i have a question. you know that sometimes when a manga becomes anime then the anime is worse than the manga, but i was wondering if the Glass mask manga is worth reading because i have watched all the anime so far and i wanted to read it but hate wasting my time reading things i`m gonna get bored with... any comments are appreciated smile

For questions about an individual series, post them at their personal forum.

If you watched the 1984 anime, then the manga is infinitely better. If you've watched the 2005 anime, then the plot follows along the same lines. If you read only for the storyline, it might bore you, but I enjoy the character development and pacing more in the manga. When I watched the anime I enjoyed seeing the plays brought to life but I always felt like the acting in them didn't live up to my expectations from the manga. Incidentally, there is also a two season live-action drama based off the manga if you're interested in that sort of thing.
