Hi, y'all.
So I really want to read this manga I read oncewhen I was a kid. Can't remember the name tho.
All I can remember is that there is a martial arts tournament, perhaps in outerspace (but not sure). People are kidnapped and thrown in the ring. A Karate guy has to fight a Muy Thai champ and a girl has to fight a wrestler or something like that. It's really hard to recall because I read this back in 1989 when I was only 10 yrs old. It used to come out in America in GamePro Magazine next to Ranma 1/2 and some others.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about, it would be greatly appreciated.

I can't seem to find it, but if you remember key events or phrases towards the beginning of the story, then put that in the search and look through what you get.

Hey, I found your post on Google while attempting to figure out the exact same thing and registered to let you know I figured it out. The comic was called Flying Warriors and was an adaptation of the American version of a game in the Hiryū no Ken franchise.
Hope this helps, even if years later!
