I have fond memories of both--however, Pokemon wins. I remember the good old days...Playing the original pokemon games, getting so excited when pokemon silver/gold came out, and then thinking that Pokemon crystal was the most innovative game in the world~

: o the question! LOL I once asked this question in my ap chem class.... and it became a HUGE argument XD I grew up watching both 😛 I like both XD I must say Digimon's first story was great! Pokemon's was good too, though it felt long XD, but good none-the-less.

I just noticed the both option 🤣 I go for that one.
When I think back to watching both of them, I get the same feeling and memories of my childhood rushing back to me.

I used to tape them! XD I think I still have that VHS somewhere in my house of pokemon and digimon episodes 🤣

If there was no both option, I think i'd be leaning towards pokemon. Only because there were game adaptaions, and it was before digimon, so it was the true original of these creatures fighting and evolving XD

Saying "Pika, pika~" all the time kind of wears you out after a while.

digimon because the monsters could talk and have a higher intelligence than pokemon. also they could have evolution forms without gaining levels. pokemon also have basically the same plot everytime with the villains: they always disguise themselves then trick the main heroes than get blasted off, it's the same boring plot.

So, for me it goes down to pokemon. Still, I loved digimon and like some of the stuff they came up with. Pokemon just touches me on nostalgia too much though =D

They were both good but in terms of which one is better, I believe Pokemon wins by a long shot.

Digimon was good in the first two seasons but once they changed the main characters, it just wasn't the same anymore.

With Pokemon, even though they added new Pokemon time and time again. It was still pretty good.

Both, and only with classic Pokemon and Digimon a.k.a. first season. Though I always loved Digimon a tad bit more I voted for that, though Pokemon was still awesome.

EVERYONE KNOWS that DIgimon was just a ripoff of Pocket Monsters.

I wonder why they were called pocket monsters despite the fact that they fully go in balls... not pockets. Whatever. 🙄

Eh...both. Pokemon is better as a game, but pretty one dimensional as an animated series. I enjoyed the digimon anime as a kid, the story was more exciting.
