There are many hot and sexy women, but few are actually
"bishoujo". As in, they could have walked right out of a manga.
IMO, Hara fits that image quite well, with her large eyes and big head. I mean that as a compliment, by the way. 😛 Ooh, and another one who looks like her is Namuro Amie.

If you think the features a "bishoujo" should have are large eyes and a big head, then Christina Ricci is one.
Actually, many Western girls with large eyes and a fresh face can be one, depending on how they are styled (just look at some of Rachel Bilson's photos). But such features (i.e. large eyes and soft facial features) are less common among Asian girls. A lot of east Asian girls have small eyes, and a prominent jawline and cheekbones, therefore larger eyes and a softer, rounder, more doll-like face become desirable features for them and manga "bishoujo" have those features. Some are even drawn way too exaggerated to be attractive.
Oh, Olivia Lufkin is one. She actually looks more European than Asian.
