Interesting poll! I chose the last option. I do kind of notice a correlation in my preferences of favorite character when I read harem, but it doesn't really conform to a specific type. But there are certain types who really annoy me.

In the end, who I'd like best would depend on the overall harem. There are certain types - the childhood friend, the tsundere, the shy one - but personality wise they can differ quite drastically.
