I know it's an ecchi manga and they've always toed the line, but is it getting out of hand? If it turned into a hentai manga, it wouldn't surprise me with the direction the style has taken. In my opinion I think it's starting to get to be too much and detracting from the manga, but that's just me.

Always been there kinda. Not as much, but plenty of close up drawings of most of the female characters. Would bother me if it was thrown in there suddenly, but the manga has had it for quite a while.

have only seen the anime so far, but come on that's why he joined the dojo. He didn't go there to learn fighting he went to get into Miu's pants lol.

As long as the story is still good, ecchi is fine (nothing called too much ecchi  ). It only adds some more spice

i wonder if you have ever read a hentai manga, and im not talking about just an adult cataloged manga with sex on it, no matter how many nude, ecchi parts are, this manga its nowhere close to be a hentai, what are you thinking?? O_o, if you want to know what a borderline hentai manga its, read kissxsis. and you seem that you dont know what its a hentai... here you go
Hentai Manga: Adult sexual content in an illustrated form where the FOCUS of the manga is placed on sexually graphic acts. that means drawing a explicit P**** and a V***** with focus on it, HSDK will never do that.

Sometimes. I have difficulty in particular in trying to focus on most of Shigure's fight scenes

Its not even close to hentai manga standards yet. I like the way Shigure is drawn with shredded clothes. She is so serious even after being disrobed, it adds to the character. Anyways it was always an ecchi manga as well, so I think it's fine. Just some boobs anyways, nothing wrong with that.

A little ecchi fanservice is to be expected of a popular manga, but in no way does HSDK beat you over the head with it like many other manga.

i do not know what you are thinking if there is no sex it can not be anything than than ecchi now if kenichi starts xxxing shigure and miu then we will call it hentai
