I've been scouring the net, and apparently the girl on the bottom turns others into figurines. From the input I've gathered, it's either the Familiar of Zero (none of those characters seem to match this image), tokyo mew mew (yeah, that seems flat out wrong), or a fanwork based off angelic layer (a fanwork seems most feasible). Any other thoughts or ideas? Anyone know the name?
