My vote goes to Yuno from Mirai Nikki. ANyone who has read Mirai Nikki knows what i am talking about. God it scares me shitless that crazy people like her exist in this world. Kinda ironic, but im mostly reading mirai nikki because of her.

Well, I can't really say...I've seen plenty of crazy girls from many different series...
There are absolutely plenty of candidates...
But from what I have watched, seen, or have read, these are my choices...
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni: Shion or Rena (Psychoticness~)
Umineko no Naku Koro ni: Maria (Creeepy~)
School Days: Kotonoha (Clearly crazy and out of her mind...NICE BOAT...)
Axis Powers Hetalia: Belarus (Too obsessive...)
Pandora Hearts: Will of the Abyss (I don't know...She just scared me with the whole tea party thing)
Errr...I'll add more later... ^^,
There are so many that I've forgotten some... There are five at the tip o y tounge, buuut I can't remember... Oh well~
