I really wanted to have stuffed (including manga) autographed by a mangaka, but alas, I never have the chance to have it... 🙁
I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛
Manga I'm loving ATM: Heart no Kuni no Alice
Never had the opportunity to because I don't go to places where these mangaka are...
If you're not talking about just anime and manga here, then I have a couple of books signed by authors, and a picture of the Arsenal 02-03 team all signed by the players within the team at that time.

Oh, well I have some non-anime/manga stuff that's signed. When I was a kid I went to a book signing with Brian Jacques (wrote the Redwall series) and had my favorite hardback signed by him. shrugs It's special to me. 😁
Gah, I would love to have manga signed by my favorite mangaka...CLAMP or Yuki Kaori or Takashima Kazusa, awesome!...but I've never had the chance, and probably never well. Too shy, anyway. Oh wells.

As a redwall fan, I have to admit I am jealous.

I've never had anything manga/anime related signed, but the opportunity never really came up. Also, I don't know the faces of the mangaka I do like. I could pass them on a street and probably never know. As for non-anime/manga stuff, I've had a baseball glove signed by a player of the local MLB team. However, I lost that glove and that player is most remembered for not ****ing sliding at the plate resulting in one of the most remembered plays of all time, so I'm not sad I lost it.

My answer: No, but I have something anime/manga related from non-mangaka
I hope to someday have the opportunity to get something signed by one of my favorite mangaka. If I had my choice, it would be NITTA Youka or MINEKURA Kazuya.
Last year at Tekkoshocon in Pittsburgh I got Greg Ayres to sign a page of Saiyuki with Goku on it. He "awwed" and commented on how pretty Minekura's boys are.
I have a lot of books signed by the author from my days in mystery writing groups, but they are mostly new authors. The most famous are probably Michael Chabon (you can barely make out the signature, boo) and Anne Perry. But my prizes are the ones I got signed by Tim Powers at a science fiction convention. The next Pirates of the Caribbean movie is "loosely based" on his book On Stranger Tides. Not only was he gracious enough to sign four books for me, he also drew little pictures in a couple of them.

I wish that I could get something signed by my favourite mangaka one day but I do have a signed book by Kelley Armstrong as a result of winning a minor writing contest so I'm happy enough with that. 🙂

I've never tried to get one, but I don't really care much for those kinds of things. I mean, if it's just an autograph on a sheet of paper, I'd probably lose it; it's not like I would frame it and put it up on the wall or anything like that o.o

Nope.
I've had several chances with musicians, but I never really cared about having autographs.
Edit: Oh wait. I have Nuu and Schumie's autograph on the first volume of HoneySyn. If that counts. 🤣

Hm, let's see...
I have this signed by CLAMP:

And a Sword of the Stranger poster signed by Masahiko Minami (Bone's president).
I really really reeeeaaaally wanted to get a sign by Benjamin, one of his famous marker sketches, but I had no luck with getting into the autograph session T_T
But I only have those because I was on the Japan Expo in Paris last year for fun. I'm not hunting autographs. But I do like getting them when I have the chance (same with musicans and authors), mainly because I like to tell the artists that I love their work while they scribble. Mokona of CLAMP took a photo of the kudakitsune I sewed, what else can I ask for as a fan?
From my favorite band I must have around twenty autographs and even more photos of me with several band members by now. And really all of them happened just because. I had way more chances than i have results in my hand >_>;

First volume of Love Hina, in English from Tokyopop, autographed by Ken Akamatsu. He drew a little Tama. I actually forgot about it for like five years til I decided to reread it again.

I have the autographs from some American comic artists, and some famous asians, but that's about it. :\
None from mangakas yet. 🙁
