I'v read like the first 30 chapters of Katekyo Hitman Reborn and wanted to know if theres character growth or not

Anyway, absolutely don't judge this manga by 30 chapters. The first 60 chapters are... extremely, indescribably different from what it turns into afterwards.
And yes, there is character growth. Lots of it for everyone.
