im reading the manga and im curious will the author introduce the characters and show the sscene of the main girl getting her butt kicked in every chapter for the rest of t he series? its getting annoying.
I don't think the contests are meant to be taken seriously. They're just a plot device - recurrence. This has been employed by countless manga: for example, someone getting hit on the head, or like Negi blowing his nose and upskirting every girl within a one-mile radius in Mahou Sensei Negima!. If you recognize it as such, I don't think you'll find it annoying anymore.
