Here is a test to see wich side of the brain you use more.

Which way is the ballerina spinning?

Put which way you think the ballerina is going. Don't lie, and here is the info.

THE Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
uses logic
detail oriented
facts rule
words and language
present and past
math and science
can comprehend
knowing
acknowledges
order/pattern perception
knows object name
reality based
forms strategies
practical
safe

RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
uses feeling
"big picture" oriented
imagination rules
symbols and images
present and future
philosophy & religion
can "get it" (i.e. meaning)
believes
appreciates
spatial perception
knows object function
fantasy based
presents possibilities
impetuous
risk taking

This may be better;

If you see the girl turning clockwise, your right hemisphere dominates:
You are highly creative, you use your imagination, feelings and perception of space, you are sensitive to symbols and images, you enjoy exploring the future and thinking philosophically…
.

If you see the girl turning anti clockwise, you use your left hemisphere:

You are a logical thinker, you rely on realism, words and language. you are attracted by maths and science, knowledge, and specifics.
---------------------------
IF you think there is a trick to the gift i would like to hear your thoughts on it. However i will asure you there is no trick to this. Some people may not be able to do it at the start but i am able to change the direction of the ballerina at will.
Oh and i first saw it going to the left...then right.

Well that was weird the first second i looked at the pic she was moving clockwise but then i scrolled down a little and then she was moving anti-clockwise. So i kept staring at the pic and still saw her going anti-clockwise but then when i went on to read your info i scrolled down a bit and she moved clockwise once again. Kind of weird

She spins clockwise for me, so right side mentality.

Usually I can trick my mind into seeing both ways, but for some reason I can't with the spinning ballerina.

I'd like to know the percentage of right side Vs. left side of the people who use MU and read manga. I'm betting it leans more to the right.

Clcokwise. Likewise I'm incapable of making myself see it anti-clockwise. (On that note I always say anti-clockwise but everyone else says counter-clockwise so I thought I was talking stupid)

for me i can see both easily, but counter-clockwise is always first. I just follow her foot in the shadow with my eye for one revolution and viola! she is going clockwise.

^ Same here. Whenever I follow the shadow and look back up, she's going in the opposite direction from before.
