I read the one shot and loved it, then it became serialized and lost some of it's charm, a few weeks into serialization it switched ships from weird comedy about a zoo to total shonen battle action. I wonder if it will stay serialized. I actually really really love the character designs and drawings, but the story is a little flimsy right now. Hopefully it will get better. I really do love the shonen battle genre when it's done right, and it looks like it could head into that category and perhaps survive, mostly because it isn't another copy of dragon ball or one piece. What does everyone else think who has read this...?
