Geh... well, it is shoujo... (not that all faces of shoujo characters are like this, but a lot of them are...)
But yeah, there are a lot of wrong things going on with her face.

ha ha exactly! I thought it was a creepy looking girl who was secretly a mass murderer and there would be slasher scenes....ah! A girl can dream! the description was so silly that this would have been a much better story..
