Ok, I'm looking a protagonist who is "normal" among the super-powered. Relies on his own mind and intellect to beat the odds that say he will certainly fail. blah blah blah you get my drift. If not then I'll edit this later and give more specifics. thanks in advance.

Well in Zetman the guy isn't the protagonist but he's a main character, and instead of super powers like the protagonist he relies on money and technology.

There's Iris Zero. basically most kids are born with special eyes that allow them to see things (different for each person) but the protagonist in one in a million in the generation who doesn't have one and so is bullied most of his life and tries not to be noticed as possible.

To make up for his lack of 'Iris' he is quiet smart and his friends with Iris' tend to rely on him to figure things out.
