Nope.
The only problem I can actually see happening is the eye sight. Well, only if you're sitting in a dark room reading manga on the computer all day that is.

Paper cut on my finger from reading my favourite manga comic then having four play and getting an STD.
Bad times.

I already had corrective lenses, so I suppose that doesn't count. Although the power has increased after that

I don't think I read enough.
Especially nowadays.
But thinking a few years back...
I guess it made my eyes tired (eek, I didn't see there was an option of that).

If I had a fantasy self, it'd be a tentacle monster.

Foreplay is spelled foreplay. And I can understand the manga giving you a paper cut, but how do you get paper cuts during foreplay and getting an STD?

I guess I could blame the headaches on the manga... >.>
I'm just on the computer too much. I don't actually read a lot of manga compared to what I used to a couple of years ago.

Well, since I read a lot of manga on the computer, I often get headaches. But I get headaches often, generally. Other than that, when I have a reading marathon, I tend to lie/sit in strange positions, which results in my legs or arms going to sleep. But I also tend to overstretch, since I'm hypermobile.

lack of sleep mostly. most extreme case i lost track of time(as usual) and ended up staying up so long my body actually shut itself down then i slept so long i woke up dehydrated, disoriented, and disastrously suffering from bed sores.
i also have one of those economical "posture" chairs that i completely ignore the purpose of and spend my time reading in the most weird(example: L) positions. So, random aches if i stay in the same pos too long. and occasional bouts of limb sleepage.... actually, my left leg is asleep right now... -_-;;;

This question is very personal.
Reading manga has never been a problem for me in that way. I'm sports person, so I'm always fit. And I'm always blinking when reading. No way in hell that I am going to through eye problems. Watching TV has caused me eyes problems. But I guess reading through a computer monitor has caused some extra problems as well...
It is a "psychological" problem for me. Addiction. Never doing anything else without reading a chapter first. Maybe discussion before I begin my day. Manga has taken over my life on a psychological level, and not on a physical level.

I have the itchy, red eyes a lot. That's about it though.
