With manipulative and emotionally strong female leads plz 😀

So I was watching Shining Inheritance, it was a really good drama but I kinda give up like 1/2 way through >.> The evil people is like totally in control and there is very little romance progression. T_T

So basically I'm now looking for a romance (doesn't have to be the main focus, but as long as there is romance involving the female lead I'm fine) drama with either manipulative and emotionally strong female lead.

Manipulative and strong like she can make everyone dance in the palm of her hands. She knows how to play her cards, who to trust, use her feminine appeal etc. She rarely let emotions cloud her judgement, like she rarely cries regardless of how hopeless her situation is (plz, can't stand all the fake tears!!! >:-( ) but is instead thinking of her next step and how to improve her situation, not just cry endlessly about it >.>

For example maybe she is the heiress of a company and she is already slowly taking over 😀 When she is facing opposition signing a business deal she'd use some tactics (like maybe blackmail a secret? ) so the other side have no choice but to sign the contract. **But most importantly guys would still have to fall for her (and she eventually have to end up with someone as well 😀 )! **

Mangas are ok as well! But please check all my lists before positing!
Thanks in advance ~

Pretty much all dramas are annoying with melodrama and crying... the only two I've kept on my hard drive are Coffee Prince and Sweet 18. Coffee Prince is without doubt the greatest Asian drama, by a large margin, I have ever seen. I suggest you watch it if you haven't.

Sweet 18, though, seems to match fairly well what you're looking for... the protagonist is young, spunky and manipulative. There's some crying an angst of course (it's a korean drama after all) but she does take the next step and tries to solve her problems.
