well I am not really into incest. I like hentai though. I choose mostly according the graphic and if there is no rape whatsoever. For example I really like the graphic of John K. Peter (Monzetsu!! Explosion, etc) but there is too much rape in his stories for my taste. Incest stories bothers me less than forced sex. And I really don't project myself into these stories. Let say if I have a hard on, the shadow of a though of my mother is enough to make it desapear in the second. I don't have that kind of problem with my sisters but they really don't have any appeal to me. Incest stories excite me in the voyeur kind of way.
