1. So this takes place in the acting/modeling world, and the uke is the more experienced model, but the seme who is younger or less experienced has been really growing in renown and surpassing the uke, though the seme has always respected the uke.The uke may have felt inferior.

The plot is sort of similar to Toshishita no Ryuugi, except the main characters aren't step siblings.

Another one I can't remember is that there were a bunch of short stories, and the first story had the seme who was super obsessed with the uke ever since they were kids and the seme wanted to marry the uke (uke said no, guys cant get married). The seme has followed the uke and now they are salarymen, the seme being more wealthy than the uke and the seme always tries to ask the uke out (uke says no). The seme just thinks that the uke's being cute. However, when the uke gets a girlfriend, the seme steals the girl away (and has done it when they were younger too). Eventually, the uke gets over his anger against the seme and remembers how when they were kids the seme helped the uke find something important.

Would the first one happen to be something by Minase Masara? I don't remember any titles but I get an impression.
Haru wo Daiteita (not by Minase-sensei) somewhat sounds like it but it's about AV actors who I don't remember modelling much.

No idea about the second one, sorry. Sounds familiar but really common.

The second one sounds like Ore no Zutto Suki na Hito and could the first one be Restart?
