This is just a suggestion to make it easier with forums; if there is a way it would be convenient if every time one of your posts gets quoted you get a message alerting you.

Every time I log in I take some time checking my recent posts to see if they were quoted so i can reply on the topic. I know a lot of people don't quote, some use "@username...etc" so it's just a suggestion since it would be easier for people that are like me and like to see if anyone responded to our post without surfing through all our recent posts.

Hmm, I suppose you could Subscribe to that certain topic. It comes up in your usercp when someone adds a reply to that thread. Unless 'surfing through recent posts' meant searching through subscribed topics.

Well something like that, but narrowing it down a bit more. I don't want an alert telling me that someone posted in the certain topic, but an alert that one of my posts was quoted...
