I'm trying to figure out how to pronounce the main character's name (我満四郎) from the Chinese manga so that I can add a description.

From WWWJDIC I see the following possibilities in order of frequency:
我満: Gaman, Gamitsu, Wagama, Wagamitsu
四郎: Shirou, Shiroo, Yotsuo

I would assume that the surname is either Gaman or Wagama since they both contain "Gama". Also, the first name should be either Shirou or Shiroo to mirror his dad's name (千太郎: Sentarou).

After searching online for a while, I came across this phrase: 我慢しろ (gamanshiro), which is slang for "suck it up" or "deal with it". Could this possibly be a pun by the author? Or is this manga published too long ago (volume 1 was published in 1989) for it to be possible? I mean it's already a terrible name due to tetraphobia....
