So I keep getting the answer that Kigitsu Katsuhisa is female, meaning that the picture associated on their page isn't actually them. What I'm asking is once and for all, are they female? And if the answer is yes, where does she officially say so? This interests me because I read Franken fran believing it to be written by a man (those sentinel chapters really felt like they would be nostalgic for a Japanese boy) and to be told otherwise was quite confusing.
