It was a shoujo manga with a female lead but one of the male leads (there was two maybe? not positive) is good looking but when he was younger, he was fat and unattractive. I think he was some sort of idol/model but I also remember him saying that he doesn't like to eat or something like that because it brings back bad memories. The female lead also thought to herself about how thin his wrists/arms was. Sorry for being so vague and Thank you!
