Although they are appearing in the same films they haven't had a co-star/leading roles yet and was wondering particularly for Kyoko when they will appear side by side, I believe that it will happen not to further on down the track and was wondering if most fans and readers agree with me on this one and will it most likely occur after the Cain Heel/BJ film shooting or even further after that.

I feel the same way. They will most definitely star together probably after the Cain Heel arc. Maybe not RIGHT after, but after some fillers.
Kyoko's mother problem will also probably arise soon as well along with Ren's dilemma. Since Ren's back story is slowly coming out, they will probably coincide that with more revelation about Kyoko's mother.

I think eventually they will. Whether it will be after the Cain Heel story is hard to say. I hope it happens sooner than later though. If its a romance between the two, then all the more better, cause I think that would bring both their feelings closer to the surface. If they practice those scenes together by themselves, then that would be awesome. Just thinking about it makes me happy  :
