Does this manga use Conan time? For those unfamiliar with the reference, it's about detective conan and how with the amount of christmas' that have passed in series, Conan should technically have aged a few years as a kid.

It seems like the in universe time keeping in this series is all over the place and I'm wondering if it's just something I'm imagining or if it's broken.
