I'm looking for every romance manga in which a female character (preferably MC, but if not it's still ok) can't or doesn't talk to boys at all, until she meets someone special. The reasons are not that important - she may be shy, she may have traumas - all I care is that she does not have any kind of social interactions with male characters. I'm quite interested in the change that needs to occur to make her do things differently and alter that aspect of her life and finally find someone whom can she be with, and in how that relationship would develop.
The genre is not that important either - shoujo, shounen, josei... Just give me everything (and i mean everything) that fits that description.
Many thanks in advance.

This.
Bitter Virgin is one of the few mangas that I have read in the last couple of years that were actually above the average no plot/cliché/echi abundant titles that seem to have taken over the manga industry as of recently.
You should definitely give that series a try.
