Manga about bullying.
I'm looking for a manga, mainly targeted towards males, where the main character is constantly berated by a female or a group of females eventually leading him to completely getting fed up with the treatment and leaving or disassociating with the other party. The setting cannot be in a middle school, and the main focus of the manga should be the relationships between the individuals.
Bonus points if the girl is crushed by the fact that the person stops associating with them, the main character ends up with someone else and is happy.

it does not sound at all like bullying to me
i mean...if the person in question can just up and leave whenever he feels like it...its not really bullying
sounds like what you are looking for is a story about a typical man in a relationship with a woman

one of the girls in it has a thing for him and ends up bullying him.
Onihime does have some of this, but I don't a story where magic or anything supernatural is involved.
@TaoPaiPai, I don't want the bullying to be a small part of the story only to appear at the beginning of the story, I want there to be a long process where the main character changes and becomes a person who can face the bullying or to use a better word berating of the group and disassociate himself from them. Though I see your point, I just didn't know what to put in the title.

In GTO one of the students suffers with this... and it's developed, although it's a secondary plot.

And it's also in middle school. 😐

Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni and Arachnid both deal with bullying and are mainly targeted towards males but in both titles the MC is female, so I don't know if that's an issue for you.

maybe MINAMOTO-KUN MONOGATARI
inamoto-kun has a face pretty enough to make people think he's a girl. Because of his face, he was bullied by the girls in middle school who were jealous of his face. He developed a fear of women due to the trauma and he ended up attending a high school for boys.
