No matter how i think about it i cant see how you can make a zanpakutou since if we recall Ichigo turning to shinigami he appeared with a sword and they are supposed to have a soul.

Please, we cant handle another training arc, even if its for 5-6 chapters.
The current plot is no different than those fairy tales involving children and witches....

Well, if you take it at a face value and consider what Hikifune just said about everything being at a scale of their own, maybe the nutter did something that permanently modified the overall composition of souls and/or how their inherent power is manifested when the Shinigami way of using reiatsu is introduced?
How old would that make him though? Older than the old man, seeing as he would then have to predate the concepts of Shikai and Bankai and all that jazz?

I got this feeling from the time since we saw that quincy captain in Hueco Mundo. His fight was dragged on to 6-7 chapters even though Ichigo should be able to defeat him in one shot.
Look at the recent chapters, children arrives at a witch home, who offers them candies, and then they realize that something fishy is going in the house......
Just how much will Ichigo train?? Doesnt Kubo ever get bored of drawing all this training stuffs? Even super saiyans have a limit....

I'm sure by the time it all wraps up their will probably be another Quincy attack and I'm hoping something from Isshin and Ryuken.
