What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

The AnimeReactor Community is pleased to announce the beginning of open voting for the 2012 ARC awards. Everyone reading this is welcome to drop by and cast their vote for the best anime in multiple categories, such as Best Story, Best Romance, Best Soundtrack, and Best Anime Overall. No votes are final until Monday 2013-03-11 0:00 GMT, so feel free to help your favorites win by joining in the discussion and letting everyone know why your choice is the best. Maybe, just maybe, your argument will sway the deciding vote.

During your visit, check out all of the award winners from the previous 12 years. If you are in need of something new to watch, it's a great place to start your search. Or, if music is your need, take a look at the 'Best of Anime' music and start your listening.
