Really not an expert on the matter, but I believe many Junji Itoh stories are lovecraftian in nature.
Take for instance Uzumaki where a town is haunted by the shape of the spiral, or The Enigma of Amigara Fault.

And then there's Haiyore! Nyaruko-san. Now, it totally depends on whether you just love lovecrafts pantheon or his entire horror style, but as a taste, here's Nyarlarthotep:

This is pure comedy. Frickin' hilarious to some including me, but may not be what you are looking for.

Edit: I asked manga critic and Lovecraft-adapting comic artist Jason Thompson, he sent me a link to an article he wrote a few months ago where he talks about exactly this topic. It's classified as NSFW since it features The Dream of the Fisherman's Wife and some images from Urotsukidoji in the extended gallery. -nsfw. He lists everything from references, hommages, anthologies and (illegal) adaptations as well as singular works, magazines and authors.

i think only ITOU Junji work is what there for me right now

i was search for horro that have more lovecraft way of horro but look like there not that mach (and i was not search for comedy) -____-
