Try the magazine WhutNani, maybe. There are three stories divided in chapters that are published in issues, if I remember right the authors are from Canada.
http://whutnani.piggyhoho.net/
"Whut
Nani is a free online boys love (BL) magazine started as a fun project for fans of the genre to share their own creations with people around the world. Released on no fixed schedule (although we aim for bi-monthly), we want to provide our readers with easily accessible English comics and light novels to enjoy."
I like to read Prince of Cats too, but it's slow romance... http://princeofcats.thecomicstrip.org/comics/first
Have you tried Onorobo's webcomic? "Something to talk about", it's a bit slow too. http://onorobo.tumblr.com/post/30276389071/stta-pg-1-wewt-next
"Always Raining Here" is also quite popular... http://alwaysraininghere.com/index.php/first-page/
There is also "Tj and Amal" http://tjandamal.com/
"Tea House" http://teahousecomic.com/comic/
"Tripping Over You" http://trippingoveryou.com/
"Oscura" http://www.oscuracomic.com/?webcomic_post=chapter-i-splash
Aaaanndddd there's always SmackJeeves...

I second everything Smackjeeves, the site is full of great BL oels :3 (make sure to look around!)

Few other sites/comics I would just like to add:
http://webcomics.yaoi911.com/archives/ (both stories are great)
http://yokoshima.com.mx/manga/master/master-000
http://www.purpureanoxa.com/archive_en.php
http://thegardener-comic.com/ (scroll down for the English version, they save the explicit stuff for the published book ;3; but the story is still great!)
http://misadventurecentral.com/comic-archive/ (Spacejinx and lots of fun stories here!)
A darker story http://www.spectrecomic.com/ & http://www.abrokenwinter.com/
