The manga falls under the genre of romance, and i'm not sure but i think its also under oneshot.

Short Description: A girl is living with a rich family (she's not related though) and she likes the guy of the house. The guy's sister is jealous of the girl for attracting the attention of her current love interest. Due to some misunderstanding, the girl is banished from the home and leaves the town. The misunderstanding is cleared up and rich family searches for the girl and can't find her at first. Then, they find the girl at the hospital (I forgot why) and happy ending...yay... 😛

Below lies the long and possibly misunderstanding version of the description (just in case this one was too brief for you)

It's about a girl who's been taken in by this rich family (I'm assuming she's an orphan) and has become relatively close to the family as though she were a part of the family. In the family I can only recall a sister, an older brother, and two little brothers that are quite similar in age and appearance. The girl likes the older brother, and the older brother like the girl as well, but the sister gets jealous of the girl for attracting the attention of her current boyfriend. The sister grew ill and as she is being looked after by her boyfriend, the boyfriend makes moves on the girl. The older brother gets mad and makes out with the girl (her clothing becomes slightly undone). When the girl comes into the sister's room to bring drinks, the boyfriend walks in with her to make it seem as though they had done something together (even though they didn't). The sister accuses them of having sex and orders them to leave. The (now) ex boyfriend tells the girl that she's pretty but too poor for him so they part ways. The older brother hears from the sister what happens and in public, banishes the girl from their home and basically the town as well, because anyone who betrays this rich family is labeled an outcast to society. The girl flee the town to find work since no one trusts her in the current town. Later the sister discovers that she was wrong about what happened and the older brother feels bad and they look for the girl but can't find her. In the end they find her at the hospital...something something....my memory of the manga get blurry here but happy ending and all that :haha:

I looked through every last title on the list, and I still can't find it! But it must be somewhere, because I reread it after finding it on my list just a few weeks ago. This is bugging me, so I'll keep looking.
